Eating regularly will keep your body's metabolism going. We advise to supplement the 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with healthy snacks in between. We don’t just mean adding snacks, as an extra, to your diet but rather learning to distribute your calorie intake throughout the day. Make the 3 main meals a bit smaller and make sure you have a responsible snack in between.

Some may count calories to lose weight, others so simply recover or stay on track. In principle, it seems simple: eat less than you burn, and you will lose weight.
